This Privacy Policy applies to all Debie web properties and any Debie-branded mobile app we may offer in the future (our “Service”). From time to time, our website or our emails may contain a link to a third-party website or application to which we have no affiliation and that we do not control. Except as otherwise discussed in this Privacy Policy, this document only addresses the use and disclosure of information, including Personal Information, we collect about you.  Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website or application, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Debie may collect sensitive identifiable information ("SII") associated with certain customers or customers ‘clients, such as individuals' Social Security Numbers and dates of birth, in order to provide certain product and service offerings.  We will only collect this SII if it is necessary to fulfill certain product orders and only when voluntarily provided by the customer.  We will only use it for the limited, permissible purpose for which it is collected, and we will take commercially reasonable steps to adequately secure the information. Additionally, sometimes data subjects will send us sensitive personally identifiable information without our asking. When we become aware of this, we will delete the sensitive personally identifiable information.  

California residents that have an established business relationship with us can request a notice disclosing the categories of Personal Information we have shared with third parties during the preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
